Two Ball Pressure Gives

  • Mark playing squares 5-10m per group (the tighter, the harder). Split into groups of 6 and give each 2 balls. Choose an attacker and a defender. The remaining 4 players on the cones. The attacker has a ball, as does a player on a cone.
  • The attacker inside the square must handball to one of the 3 teammates on the cones (those without a football) while being harassed by the defender.
    No tackling is allowed, just jostling and intercepting handballs with a hand.
    Remember a player on the cone cannot have 2 balls at once.
  • Once the player gives to a player on the cone, they must turn and receive the 2nd ball from whoever has it on the cone.
    The defender can anticipate where the next ball is coming from and cut-off the easy give
  • Continue until a turnover occurs, then rotate roles.
