DRILL
Switch Through the Centre Kick
  • Purpose
After a defensive mark or free, the player will often find the area in front of them (where the ball has come from) congested, and unless looking to defend, should try to switch play to the other side of the ground. This drill demonstrates how two quick lateral kicks can open up space.
