Setup the required number playing areas, 7 players per area. Form rectangles with 6 cones, 8m long x 4m wide. Choose on player as the 'dodger' who starts in the middle, the remaining 6 start on the cones as 'taggers'.
Prior to starting, give the ball to a tagger on a cone, and give the player in the middle a few seconds to move somewhere 'safe'
On start, taggers have two handball choices. They can try to hit the player with a handball below the legs, or they can handball to a teammate who is in better position to tag the player.
The dodger should try to keep as far away from the player with the ball as possible, and can utilise all the space in the rectangle
If the tagger on the cone aims at the dodger and misses, or hits them above the leg, one of the taggers fetches the ball and returns to the cone before restarting.
The dodger should try to face the ball as much as possible so they can evade the handball.
If the player is hit on the leg, the player is out. The player who hit the player swaps with the player in the middle.
