Helpful to have a person behind the goals to retrieve balls
There are 2 intersecting groups that have 5 stations each. One group has yellow players at stations (A-E) while red players are on (F-K).
(A) kicks to (B) who kicks to (C) who kicks to (D) who kicks to (E) leading from full-forward, who wheels around and snaps at goal.
Meanwhile with the second ball, (F) kicks to (G) who kicks to (H) who kicks to (J) who has (K) running past, receiving a handball and taking a shot on goal.
Everyone proceeds to the next station, so the 'cross-over station' to the other circuit occurs after kicking a goal, when (E) moves to (F), while (K) moves to (A)
There are a lot of players moving in a confined area, so good peripheral vision is required.
Players must maintain momentum wherever possible by sidestepping rather than stopping.
