Mark out a 25m square for each group of 6, give each a ball. Groups assign 4 attackers who start on a corner, and 2 defenders.
This is a possession game that requires kicking precision.
Each player can run the sides of the square touched by their starting cone
e.g. (A) can run to (B / D) and back.
Attackers can receive anywhere along the perimeter of the square, they don't need to be on a cone. Meanwhile, the two defenders sprint to try tagging the kicker.
Attackers cannot move off the perimeter of the square, i.e. they must on the line between 2 cones.
Team mates should support the attacker by moving to positions that make disposal easy, i.e.
In kicker's line of sight
So the kicker doesn't need to kick across the body.
If there is an errant kick or a player is tagged, return to starting positions and restart. Continue for 90-120 seconds, then break. Rotate defenders and restart.
