Place a cone at each corner of a 30 metre square. Even number of players on each cone.
Start off going clockwise. (A) handballs to (B) who is leading towards (C), then runs behind (B) feigning a shepherd and instructing with voice
(A) feigns a shepherd by getting near (B) and outstretching arms
(A) skips (B) and goes to opposite cone (C)
(B) handballs to (C) who is leading towards (D), then runs behind (C), again feigning a shepherd and instructing with voice
(B) then runs to the opposite cone (D), so players always run to their opposite cone.
This is repeated by all players around the square
Once there is rhythm with one ball going clockwise, introduce a second ball going anti-clockwise.
Players must now be aware of balls coming from both directions.
Introduce as many balls as numbers allow.
