(Pair A) starts by kicking to pair (B)
(B) leads wide and defensively
Players should kick so the leading player can run onto the ball, and not have to wait under it
(B) marks and their partner can either work in front to receive the handball, or around the back. They then run hard, bouncing if required, before kicking long out in front of leading pair (C)
Don't let players 'cheat' and just come across the front all the time - receiving around the back is a more realistic play.
Pairs (C) and (D) and (A) repeat the actions of pair (B) to complete the loop.
