Equal numbers at each station. Start with 1 ball but quickly introduce multiple balls - up to 4 depending on numbers
(A) kicks long to (B), who simulates staking a defensive mark by backpedaling
(B) then spots player (C) loose in the middle of the ground, so runs towards them and kicks short.
This is the most dangerous kick and the point of the exercise. Players must hit this target.
(C) hears (D) on the overlap, and kicks to (D)'s advantage.
(D) uses the space to run and kick to (E).
Points 4, 5 & 6 are effectively a repeating of steps 1,2&3, but back up the other way.
(E) backpedals and makes the important switch kick to (F)
(F) sees (G) running into open space and uses them with a kick
(G) has a runner (A) in support, so uses that player with hands.
Unlike the opposite end where there are just 2 kicks, this end has an additional station that receives a handball
