Form even numbers behind (A to F)
(A) starts with a kick-out from full-back to (B) who has lead from the edge of the square at CHB.
Players join the next station in sequence after disposal.
(B) marks, wheels around looking to play on, but instead of kicking hears a call from (C) streaming past on the inside, and handballs to them.
The timing of (C)'s run is crucial. Leave too early it won't work, leave too late and you'll be covered.
(C) must be steaming through - running at half pace will bring everything undone.
(C) must make some yards before kicking long to leading (D). This passage of play needs to break the lines, so hard running is required before the long kick.
For weaker kicks, a bounce is acceptable.
(D) simulates a defensive mark, back-pedals, then honours a lead made by (E) to the far wing.
This time (F) cuts inside and delivers a kick to (A), who marks, backpedals and the curcuit begins again.
Again, (F) must get the timing of their run right.
Optional progression: Introduce defenders to stand the marks of (B & E)
They can optionally tackle runners (C & F) or just apply token pressure after a chase.
