1 football, 1 tennis ball, 1 golf ball - per group
(A) rolls a half-volley to the feet of (B) who is leading towards (A) calling for the ball
(B) picks up the ball and rolls a half-volley to (C)'s feet
(B) should 'swoop down' like a bird to pickup the ball, bending as low as possible in one motion before rising and handballing
Start with footballs, then use tennis balls and finally golf balls
To avoid injury, players should pickup the golf ball from a very slow roll, or even have players place it down to practice picking up a stationary ball.
