    Opp Strip

  • Choose a full-forward at (B) and 3 defenders across the full-back line.
  • Coach feeds the ball high so players (1 v 3) compete at the top of the goal square, while others (E - F - G) sprint to assist.
  • Defenders should win this ball unless (B) marks, and instinctively look to head towards the fat side, as (E) will be the closest player in support.
If (B) marks, kick a goal, reset in same positions, restart.
  • Use run and carry to work the ball out of defense and finish with a kick to (H) who has sprinted across the ground to present across wing.
The contest ends when defenders lose the ball, or the ball is kicked to (H).
  • You can set this drill up at both ends of the ground if numbers permit. Players not involved clear off.
