Mark playing triangles with cones about 5m apart. Split into groups of 5 and give each 2 balls. Choose an attacker and a defender. The attacker has a ball, as does one outside player. The remaining 3 players work the length of one side of the triangle each.
The attacker inside the triangle must handball to one of the 2 teammates without a football while being harassed by the defender.
No tackling is allowed, just jostling and intercepting handballs with a hand.
An outside player cannot have 2 balls at once, so the crumber must find one of the other two.
Once the player gives to an outside player on the cone, they must turn and crumb the 2nd ball which has been handballed along the ground somewhere inside the triangle.
Continue for 60 seconds until they player gets a good workout, then rotate players.
