Equal numbers at each station. Start with 1 ball but quickly introduce multiple balls - up to 4 depending on numbers
(A) starts with the ball and runs down the middle of the groups before kicking to (B)
Following this are a chain of zig-zag pattern handballs that will intersect (A)'s path when more balls arrive
Once the ball reaches station (E), coach feeds another ball to next in line at (A).
Once there are 3 or 4 balls going at once, players need to have a quick peripheral scan to ensure they're not about to collide with someone, and take evasive action if necessary
(A) will be the most likely to collide, so should practice sidestepping or ducking inside rather than just standing and waiting flat-footed for the player to get out the way.
