DRILL
Bounce, Turn and Kick
  • Purpose
Players must learn to steady before kicking, otherwise they increase the likelihood of executing poorly. This is often difficult after a player has run some distance, as they may have become slightly exhausted. This drill teaches players to straighten, steady and execute an accurate kick after a hard run.
