Split into 4 groups with 2 opposition players per group, start with anti-clockwise ball movement
Coach (A) starts by kicking the ball to a leading player from group (C), or to a contest
Group (C) must work the ball with handball in the appropriate direction to the next group (anti-clockwise = group B). Players must avoid the 2 opposition players in the group, who should can tackle, spoil, intercept, and harass to cause a turnover
If the ball is turned over or a scrimmage occurs, handball back to the attackers to continue the exercise
Players at the next group must stay within 10m of their cone
Once the ball is touched by a player in the next group, all players return to their original station
The next group (B) repeat the process, working with hands past defenders to group (D), before group (D) work the ball to group (E) who have a shot on goal.
Set or running shots can be taken
Assistants can help by retrieving footballs and bringing them to the centre
Once all players have returned to their stations, coach (A) starts by kicking another ball, this time to a leading player from group (D), or to a contest at (D). Attackers must work the ball to group (E), who work it to (C), who work it to (B) for a shot on goal
Rotate the defenders every so often, and you may also wish to change direction to clockwise.
